Empowering You To Broker
We put this training together to demonstrate what it takes to go from a brand new agent to a broker, thriving and leading.
You will hear from 6 different women that are all brokers and did it at different ages and under various circumstances. They each have different habits and gifts, and they all came from different backgrounds.
At the end of the day for you to win here you have to become a new person. Although you may choose to accomplish the specific requirements in a different order or time frame, the face of the matter is that the requirements to become a broker are the same for everyone.
You will need to have:
- 10 Life Licensed Agents (No more than 5 licenses from any one leg)
- 1 Marketing Director or 2 Senior Associates
- An income of $20k in the last 6 months or $35k in the last 12 months
- Your team needs to produce 75K points in a rolling 3 months (No more than 37,500 points from any one leg including yourself)
I am confident that as you complete this course and implement the small habits that helped each of these women to become a broker you will reach broker as well.
